The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect system providing additional employee income (TPP) on satisfaction and work motivation State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Department Tourism, Youth Sports, Bima City. population sample in amounted 32 people. research instrument used questionnaires, interviews. Then data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. results are that: (1) There is a direct significant Employee Income Supplemental Provision System Employees; (2) there job (3) Supplement Job Satisfaction Motivation stimulant manner; (4) it known that given Z (Bima City Sports Tourism Office) 0.146. Meanwhile, indirect through Y (State Apparatus) 0.247. So total (Department Bima) plus an effect, namely: 0.146 +0.247 = 0.393. With employees form facsimile so affects (ASN). Additional (Incentives) will motivate performance Office.
